1.3   Upgrading from manual system to digital technology to Sri Lankan in Audit firm
For the purpose of Government Revenue every businessmen in the country should submit necessary documents yearly. Audit firms mediate between Government and businessman. Deadline for the submission was 30th November in every year. Usually Businessmen receive the “IV Return” nearly middle of November or after. At last moment huge crowd in que will be there in Revenue Department. So unable to get acknowledgement immediately.

Those auditors not digitalized will not survive.

The biggest challenge in implementing was lack of knowledge and fear of adapting to the digital changes. By getting training through attending workshops, seminars can adapt to the digital technology.

By using online system can submit the entire things online before receiving the “IV Return” manually. If not submit at date, Government take legal action against tax payers and to impose penalties. By using online it is possible to avoid.  Once did the online submission can receive acknowledgment immediately by the system.
