Historically as industrial relations, is concerned with the contractual,
emotional, physical and practical relationship between employer and employee (Robins,
2017).
Employees who get along with
their employer and enjoy rather than feel anxious about going to work in the
morning have a better overall work experience. Happy employees work harder,
produce better work, and ultimately keep the customer happy and the business
thriving (Lesiuk,
2020).
Employee relations consist of all those areas of human resource management that deals with employees directly and through collective agreements where trade unions are recognized. The union practices for the welfare and good working condition of the employees. Employee relations are concerned with generally managing the relationship between employer and employees at the workplace that can be formal e.g. contract of employment.

In ABC Audit the decision maker is a Directress who welcome to employees personal issues not only matters affect the employment related but also personal matters for solutions. She always gives support in staffs problem. And also some time she will give priority before the clients although practicing autocratic leadership sometimes like when assigning work.
She pay attention on workers personal issues while taking a decision. For example when there is a need for overtime work, she will consider the staffs availability of transportation to home.
The directress directly influence with the autocratic leadership style. By paying personal attention with the control the quarrel among employees almost stopped.
