In a company blog post about culture, Southwest Airlines stated that “we believe that if we treat our employees right, they will treat our customers right, and in turn that results in increased business and profits that make everyone happy.”
A great example of when they put their employees first was in 2016 when Southwest announced their new employee uniforms. They asked 48 crew members to help design the uniforms, ensuring that Southwest employees would be proud to wear it to work. Placing priority on a lighthearted and friendly culture, Southwest also encourage flight attendants to add humor to their announcements. Virgin
Virgin group is one of the largest multinational conglomerates. It has been running its business for 70 years now. It branches 200 successful companies in various industries including Travel & Leisure, Telecoms & Media, Music & Entertainment, Financial Services, and Health & Wellness across the world.
One of the major reasons for Virgin Group’s success is their agile thinking and great office culture which puts their employees first before anything (Roshni, 2018). Richard Branson cared for the people and betterment of the society which is why he is still successful.
Employee engagement in ABC Audit firm
ABC audit firm situated in Kandy. It provides financial audit services. There are 15 staffs. There are staffs who are working for more than 10 years. Their engagement powered by the care taken by the management. Specially never failed to five salary after the salary date. Management never give pressure to work after the office hours also there is a need. Which makes to think and make involvement.

ReplyDeleteAccording to me,employee engagement is the degree to which employees feel passionate about their jobs, commitment towards the organization. It can be identified that Employee engagement is go beyond the employee satisfaction as well.
Therefore, business organizations should invest more resources on employee engagement in view going an extra mile for each other.

The top policies are revealed
The difficulty to match the IQ level
Security is at a greater risk
Liberalizing them
Making them understand the thing sometimes is very difficult
Regular updates are to be given
Providing them training
Expensive procedure for the company
The message turns into rumor very fast
